Yesterday was an interesting day. I woke up to a whining noise. I hear my mother tell Pickles to come with her so that she will stop whining. I come out of my room and I say, "Pickles!" She came running at me like I was a piece of bacon dropped on the ground. She was happy to see me and I was happy to see her.
After eating some cereal, I took Pickles outside to walk around a little bit. I took her inside so that I could start getting ready for the company that we were going to have in a couple hours.
I picked up my room so that it was easier to walk. After that I had a few hours to spare so I asked my dad to take me to the library. I picked up three books. When I got home I petted Pickles for a little while and then went in my room to read one of my new books that I got. I decided to read Who Killed My Daughter by Lois Duncan.
My mom left to go pick up the company while I entertained Pickles. I played a couple of songs on the piano to practice for my recital tomorrow. The company arrived soon after. They were my mom's friends and their kids. I like to hang out with the younger kid. Her name is Marissa. We talked went swimming, ate dinner, went swimming again, played with Pickles, went swimming again, ate cake, and then they left.
After they had left I took a shower and got ready for bed. I played with Pickles before I had to go to sleep. I read a little more of my book, and then went to bed.
It was exciting seeing how Pickles acted when new people came over. She was really excited.
I still need some pictures and they are coming. I will write again tomorrow and if someone is reading this, have a nice day.
